For many of us setting up a new computer can be a confusing experience. It is one thing to get it out of the cardboard box and turn it on but what are you supposed to do when it starts asking about creating system restore disks, or worse if it doesn't.
How do you get all your documents and your 10,000 photographs on to the new machine?
How do you transfer your emails, contacts and favourites to the appropriate places on your new computer?
Does your printer need to be setup but you don't appear to have a disc which will work with Windows 8?
