beware of hoax phone calls

At One36 Computing we are hearing about an increasing number of hoax phone calls from people claiming to be from Microsoft. The purpose of the call is to take over remote control of your computer on the premis of "fixing" it.
We strongly advise everyone to end these phone calls at the earliest opportunity, and definitely not allow anyone to take over control of their computer.
If you have been an unfortunate victim of one of these hoax phone calls please do contact us so we can ensure there is nothing nasty left on your computer.
