One36 Computing are now able to offer Remote Assistance to our customers so that we can help repair your computer at home or at work when you get into difficulty with your computer.
Remote Assistance enables One36 Computing to take over control of your computer from our premises and therefore provide you with immediate assistance. We can quickly and efficiently see the problems you are facing and, most importantly, resolve them.
The software is totally secure as we are only able to access your computer with your permission by way of a password.
